1a. Prices unless otherwise specified, include delivery by our own vehicles on a normal delivery run.
1b. Urgent ‘Overnite’, and other Carrier services will be charged at cost.
1c. Parcel, letter post and Datapost services are chargeable.
NOTE; Collection facilities are available at our Stores.
2. Terms of payment are strictly within 30 days of invoice date. The Company reserves the right to cancel any discount allowed should payment not be made within this time.
3. The Company undertakes to replace goods which prove faulty after examination by our Staff.
4. Goods although invoiced to the customer, will remain the property of the Company until payment is received in full.
5. The Company cannot accept responsibility for damage due to faulty installation, want of attention, improper use, or fair wear and tear.
6. Claims for damage to goods, short or non-delivery must be made within three working days from receipt of invoice of goods. Verbal claims must be confirmed in writing and posted the same day as the verbal complaint.
7. Goods returned to us after prior agreement are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
8. We reserve the right to refuse any order regardless of circumstances.
9. Orders will be accepted only in accordance with our conditions of sale.
10. All orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of delivery.
